Langham Primary School is part of the Colchester &
Blackwater School Sports Partnership. The School Sport Partnership
consists of: 12 secondary schools, 71 primary schools, 3 special schools
and 2 further education establishments within the Colchester & Maldon
districts. Referred to as a 'partnership family', each secondary school
has a School Sports Coordinator (SSCO), for each primary school there is
a Primary Link Teacher (PLT/PE Coordinator) and for special schools a
Partnership Link Teacher. Together they coordinate and work to improve
and maintain the provision of PE & sport within schools.

PARTNERSHIP GOLD AWARD
Langham Primary School was one of only six, out of
71, Primary
Schools to receive a Partnership Gold Award in recognition of all the
sporting opportunities we provide for the children. The award states it
is in recognition of our '...outstanding commitment to PE & Sport'.
Therefore a big thank you needs to go to all the staff, coaches, parents
and children for all of the work and support they give. |
